Welkey Restaurant, also called Restoran Welkay, is a coffee shop in George Town, Penang. The name is derived from the phonetic rendering of Weld Quay, the waterfront street on which it faces.

Welkey Restaurant has stalls selling Ipoh Bean Sprout Chicken Rice (10:00 am - 2:30 pm) and Claypot Seafood Porridge (6:00 pm - 4:00 am).

Getting there

The Welkey Restaurant is within walking distance of the Weld Quay Ferry & Bus Terminal. From there, head south along Weld Quay until you see the restaurant on the right side of the road.
