Pen Hill Condominium (GPS: 5.40665, 100.27694 and ) comprises two blocks of condominiums along Taman Lintang off Hill Railway Road in Air Itam, Penang. Located at the foot of Penang Hill, from which they were named, the condomimiums were built on freehold land in 1998. The condominiums are also called Pangsapuri Pinang Indah.

The 7-storey Block A of Pen Hill Condominium has a total of 40 units while the 13-storey Block B 100 units. Each unit has a gross built-up area of between 800 sqft to 1,100 sqft. Other residential properties in the neighbourhood include Penhill Apartment and Penhill Perdana Condominium.

Traffic

Traffic along Hill Railway Road is moderate, although the area near the Lower Station often get congested with people looking for parking space. Jalan Air Itam and Dato Kramat Road experience daily congestion during morning and evening rush hours.

The nearest bus stop is on Hill Railway Road, about 5-10 minutes walk away. It is served by Rapid Penang Bus 204.
