Loong Nam is a shop of traditional Chinese biscuits located along Hutton Lane in George Town, Penang. With a history going back to 1928, it is one of the oldest Chinese biscuit shops in Penang.

Loong Nam specialises in the type of crackers that are common on the breakfast table of many Chinese families. Among its products include the roti kapai, muah pneah, and roti jari emas. While it maintains its traditional base along Hutton Lane, where it occupies a Straits Eclectic shophouse at the corner of Hutton Lane and Nagore Road, it also operates an outlet in Gurney Plaza.
