Lam Hin Motors is an auto-repair shop along Presgrave Street in George Town, Penang. By the look of its signboard, it must have been around for decades. The building itself was probably purpose-built as a repair shop for automobiles, at the early part of the 20th century. It retains the original roof tiles that are now hard to come by.

Lam Hin Motors is still operational today. Even when I pass by, there are cars being brought for repairs there.

Getting there

You will probably be coming by car. You can enter Presgrave Street either from Bridge Street or McNair Street.
