Kampung Siam (GPS: 5.3608, 100.43706) is a village in Bukit Mertajam. The name probably came from the area being a Siamese settlement, although presently the villagers are now predominantly Malay. Kampung Siam, in its present form, overlaps with Permatang Kebun Sireh.
