Occupying a heritage bungalow on Dunn Road, at the junction of Perak Road, it offers a specially curated menu of fusion food incorporating local flavours paired with a myriad of specialty drinks alongside coffee options.
The idea of Platta comes from a group of passionate people who aim to serve good food and good coffee to all kinds of customers in a unique, cosy and friendly environment, "Where passion meets perfection".
The name "Platta" is derived from a mixture of Spanish and Swedish languages, which means silver plate that symbolises the location of the cafe on Jalan Perak.
