224 Beach Street (Lebuh Pantai) is a double-storey shophouse in George Town, Penang. Its northern wall lines the south side Ah Quee Street. 224 Beach Street is believed to be the longest shophouse in George Town, as it forms a sort of buffer between Ah Quee Street and Lim Kongsi.

Since 1968, 224 Beach Street houses the pottery and antique shop Teow Hin Chan.
