The Sin Kang Estate Funeral Parlour, Cemetery Pavilion and Columbarium (GPS: 5.39817, 100.29075), also called the Leong San Tong Funeral Parlour, is located in Bandar Baru Ayer Itam, also known as Farlim. The Sin Kang Estate, or Thean Teik Estate, is land belonging to the Khoo Kongsi. The funeral parlour is built to serve the nearby Thean Teik Cemetery.

The funeral parlour an octagonal building in the shape of a stylized pagoda, with auxiliary structures as the columbarium and cemetery pavilion.

Getting there

The nearest bus stop is along Thean Teik Road, about 10-15 minutes' walk away. It is served by Rapid Penang bus 202, 203 and 306.
