37 Church Street

37 Church Street is a double-storey Straits Eclectic style shophouse. It is just next to the Chong San Wooi Koon, which faces King Street. If you look at it closely, you will see that it has a hip roof ending with a jack roof. The front façade features three full-length windows with louvre shutters. These are framed by molded architraves topped with keystones.
