Kang Har Tong (GPS: 5.4011, 100.32269) is a clan association in Jelutong, Penang. The clansmen are Hokkien Chinese holding the surname Ooi. The association building, built in the Art Deco style, is located along the Jelutong Main Road, near the junction with Sungai Pinang Road. The rear side of the clan association is on Jalan Haji Hashim Imam.

The Kang Har Tong Clan Association has been active in the redevelopment of its land in the Jelutong area. Among the housing projects by the Kang Har Tong association includes Kang Har Tong Residence and Taman Kang Har Tong Apartment.
