Province Wellesley Hokkien Hoay Kuan (GPS: 5.36206, 100.46351), (Traditional Chinese: 威省福建會舘; Simplified Chinese: 威省福建会馆; Pinyin: Wēi Shěng Fújiàn Huìguǎn) is the Chinese association for the Hokkien community in Bukit Mertajam. It occupies a two-storey building on Jalan Dato Ooh Chooi Cheng. The building was completed in 1965.
