Harbour Place (GPS: 5.39846, 100.37332) is a property development in Butterworth. Hemmed by PJ Development, the development covers a 30-acre plot in Bagan Dalam, on the south side of New Ferry Road and Chain Ferry Road, on both sides of Jalan Assumption.

The development is being carried out in phases since 2007, and so far includes a few condominium complexes including Ocean View Residences, Sea View Tower, Park View Tower and Wellesley Residences. Upcoming phases will introduce a hotel, the Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences Butterworth, the Woodsbury Suites and a hypermarket, Econsave Butterworth, which is temporary closed for redevelopment.

Getting there

Harbour Place is on the right side of New Ferry Road if you are coming from the Butterworth Ferry Terminal.
