Suffolk Estate Bridge (28 November 2010)


Suffolk Estate Bridge is a reconstruction of an 18th century bridge across the Ayer Itam River. The bridge was located within the Suffolk Estate belonging to Captain Francis Light, who attempted in growing commercial crops such as nutmeg, pepper and gambier.

Suffolk Estate Bridge is located in front of Suffolk House. It was rebuilt by IJM Corporation, a local property developer, and was completed in March, 2007.
