TGV Cinemas, Gurney Paragon Mall (1 May 2014)
TGV Cinemas has open an outlet at Gurney Paragon Mall, Penang. This is the second TGV Cinemas outlet in Penang, and the first to be equipped with IMAX theatre. The cinema is located on the 8th floor of the shopping mall. It had a soft opening on 3 April, 2014, and had its major launch with the screening of the new Spider-Man movie. As part of the launch, the cinema erected a three-dimensional artwork that is upside down.
Admission Fee
The following is the promotional admission fee for the opening period.- Weekday screenings before 12:00 noon: RM5.00
- Weekday screenings before 6:00 pm: RM8.00
- Weekday Screenings after 6:00 pm: RM10.00
- Super Wednesday special price: RM7.00
- Blockbuster movie ticket: RM13.00
- Weekend screenings: RM12.00
- IMAX Theatre weekdays, before 6:00 pm: RM17.00
- IMAX Theatre weekdays, after 6:00 pm: RM27.00
- IMAX Thetre weekends, before 6:00 pm: RM19.00
- IMAX Theatre weekends, after 6:00 pm: RM29.00
