Kedai Makan & Minum Sin Hoe Peng (GPS: 5.41959, 100.34107) is a coffee shop in George Town, Penang. I was informed by my Facebook friend Lucia Lai that the koay teow thng here is very nice. Called Ah Sai Koay Teow Thng, it is supposed to be very good. I haven't yet tried it, but look forward, if ever I happen to be in that area.
