There is also one penthouse unit with a built-up area of 5,600 sq ft.

Rapid Penang Bus 101 pass along Jalan Tanjung Bungah. However the apartment is quite a distance from the main road.

The nearest petrol station is the Caltex along Jalan Tanjung Bungah (there is another Caltex along Jalan Tanjong Tokong on the way from town). The nearest schools include SK Tanjong Tokong and SJK (C) Hun Bin. The nearest market is the Tanjung Bungah Market. The nearest shopping centres include Tesco Tanjung Pinang, Straits Quay and Island Plaza. The nearest hospital is Penang Adventist Hospital (not counting Mount Miriam Cancer Hospital).
Traffic
Traffic along Jalan Tanjung Bungah is heavy but congestion has been reduced since parts of the road were widened.
