 SRJK (C) Phei Shin, Penang
SRJK (C) Phei Shin is a small primary school in Jelutong, Penang. It is not visible from the main road, as it is located along Jalan Bukit Dumbar. That's the road immediately to your left as you pass the Jelutong pekan. It is next to the Dumbar Villa apartment.
At the time of writing (Sept 2009), the school building of SRJK (C) Phei Shin appeared neglected, with its paint peeling off. At time of photographing it, I am not sure whether the school is in operation, judging from its neglected appearance.

I was informed that the new building of SRJK (C) Phei Shin was launched in October/November 2010.
