Ratu Mutiara (see map) is an apartment complex along Persiaran Tanjung Bungah in Tanjung Bungah, Penang, at the border with Batu Ferringhi. It is also often called Marina Tower Condominiums, although it should not be confused with the other Marina Tower in Relau. It comprises one 6-storey and one 23-storey block with a total of 208 units, on freehold tenure.

Ratu Mutiara has a total of 204 standard condominium units. The apartments have a built-up area of between 1,090 to 1,350 square feet. The estimated selling price is from RM230,000 to RM260,000 for the low-rise block, and RM300,000 to RM420,000 for the high-rise block. Estimated monthly rental is from RM1,200 to RM2,000. Maintenance fee is RM0.20 per square foot.

Facilities include 24-hour security, covered parking lot, swimming pool, spa pool, wading pool, sauna, gymnasium, table tennis, community hall, intercom system, barbeque pit and landscaped garden.

Location

Ratu Mutiara is 11.4 km from Magazine Circus. It is slightly far for those working in George Town, and even more distant for those working in Bayan Lepas. However, it is excellent for those who are working from home, as it affords splendid views of the north coast of Penang Island. Most amenities are not near though.

Public Transport

Rapid Penang Bus 101 pass along Jalan Tanjung Bungah in front of the condominium. There is some walking to reach the bus stop.

Most amenities are not within the immediate vicinity. The nearest petrol station is along Jalan Tanjung Bungah. The nearest school is Dalat International School. The nearest market is the Tanjung Bungah Market. The nearest shopping centres include Tesco Tanjung Pinang, Straits Quay and Island Plaza. The nearest hospital is Penang Adventist Hospital.
