Pearl Regency Condominium (map) is a luxury condominium project under construction at Lebuh Tunku Kudin 3, next to Tesco Penang, in Gelugor. Developed by IJM Properties, it comprises two 35-storey condominiums called Residence Tower (aka Block A, to the west) and Home Tower (aka Block B, to the east). The two blocks are separated by Lebuh Tunku Kudin 3.
There is a total of 387 units on Block A and 187 units on Block B. Built-up area on Block A is between 89 sq m to 125 sq m while on Block A, which is the one next to Tesco Penang, the built up area is between 121 sq m and 198 sq m.

Location
Pearl Regency Condominium is 7.5 km from Magazine Circus. It is ideal whether you are working in the city or in Bayan Lepas. However, with its completion, the neighbourhood is expected to become highly congested, as there are already other high rise condominiums in the area.

Rapid Penang Bus 206 stops in front of Tesco Penang.

The nearest schools are Sekolah Menengah Hamid Khan, Sekolah Menengah Chung Hwa Confucian, and Sekolah Kebangsaan Jelutong Barat. The nearest market is the Jelutong Market and the Batu Lanchang Market. The nearest hypermarket is Tesco Penang across the road. The nearest shopping mall is Queensbay Mall. The nearest petrol station from Bayswater is Caltex Gelugor. The nearest hospital is Lam Wah Ee Hospital. E-Gate is a popular place nearby with a good selection of restaurants.
Traffic
Traffic along Jalan Tunku Kudin is very heavy during much of the day, as it is one of the main the exits from the Penang Bridge. Access to Pearl Regency is through the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway, Jalan Tunku Kudin, Jalan Faraday and Jalan Akuarium. Apart from Jalan Akuarium, the other three may experience jams especially during the evening rush hour, and particularly on Fridays.
