The type A's are located in the West Wing while type B is in the East Wing. Each unit has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and is on freehold tenure. Maintenance fee is RM0.20 per square foot.FacilitiesFacilities include security, smart access, two parking lots per unit, visitor parking, function room, swimming pool, gymnasium, jacuzzi, barbeque area, cascading 30-meter infinity pool, and beachfront garden. There is also a 100-meter long private beachfront promenade.LocationSpringtide Residences is 7.7 km from Magazine Circus. It is slightly outside the city boundary, but this is more than made up by the gorgeous scenery, with view of Pulau Tikus in the near distance. The street side is a bit narrow.Public TransportYou are unlikely to depend on public transport if you are staying at Springtide Residences, but your domestic helpers may take Rapid Penang Bus 101, 103 and 104 that pass along Jalan Tanjung Bungah.AmenitiesThe nearest school is Dalat International School. The nearest public schools include Sekolah Kebangsaan Tanjong Tokong, Poay Wa Primary School and Sekolah Kebangsaan Tanjung Bungah. The nearest market is the Tanjung Bungah Market. Island Plaza is the nearest shopping mall. The nearest petrol station is Caltex Tanjung Bungah. The nearest hospital is Penang Adventist Hospital.TrafficTraffic along Jalan Tanjung Bungah is heavy and fast, as the road was recently widened.
