Menara IJM is a 15-storey office building at Lebuh Tunku Kudin 3 in Gelugor. It houses the offices of real estate developer IJM Properties. Located close to various properties developed by IJM, the office building affords easy access to intended buyers.

Immediately next to Menara IJM is Tesco Penang. Under construction next to Menara IJM is the The nearest schools are Sekolah Menengah Hamid Khan, Sekolah Menengah Chung Hwa Confucian, and Sekolah Kebangsaan Jelutong Barat. The nearest market is the Jelutong Market and the Batu Lanchang Market. The nearest hypermarket is Tesco Penang across the road. The nearest shopping mall is Queensbay Mall. The nearest petrol station from Bayswater is Caltex Gelugor. The nearest hospital is Lam Wah Ee Hospital. E-Gate is a popular place nearby with a good selection of restaurants.

Traffic

Traffic along Jalan Tunku Kudin is very heavy during much of the day, as it is one of the main the exits from the Penang Bridge. Access to Bayswater is through the Jelutong Expressway, Jalan Tunku Kudin, Jalan Faraday and Jalan Akuarium. Apart from Jalan Akuarium, the other three may experience jams especially during the evening rush hour, and particularly on Friday.Pearl Regency condominium.
