Fettes Residences (see map) is an upmarket 35-storey condominium under construction in Fettes Park, Tanjong Tokong, Penang. It will have a total of 195 condominium units, with each having an area size of between 1,800 to 2,000 square feet. There are also four penthouse units at 4,000 square feet each. Fettes Residences has superb view of the north coast of George Town, and is within walking distance of Island Plaza and Prima Tanjung Business Centre.

Fettes Residences is 6.4 km from Magazine Circus. It is ideal for high-income earners looking for a panoramic perch a short distance from George Town.

Public Transport

Rapid Penang Bus 101, 103 and 104 pass along Jalan Tanjong Tokong.

The nearest petrol stations are the Caltex and Shell along Jalan Tanjong Tokong. The nearest schools include SK Tanjong Tokong, Hun Bin Primary School, Penang Chinese Girls' High School, SK Convent and SMK Convent. The nearest market is the Fettes Park Market. Traffic along Jalan Tanjong Tokong is heavy most of the time, the same is true also for Jalan Fettes.
