I consider in pretty bold in the part of the developer to build a condominium with units that are quite large in this part of town. Apart from the landed properties in the area, 86 Avenue Residences is surrounded by the densely populated working-class apartments and flats, so this is one of the more upscale strata developments in the area. Those who are familiar with the neighbourhood will appreciate 86 Avenue Residences' proximity to the city centre. It is also close so several primary and secondary schools, while getting food and groceries would not be much of a problem.
