The Rise Collection II (GPS: 5.40912, 100.32492), also called Chelliah Park City, is an affordable housing project in George Town, Penang. It is part of the Taman Harapan development by Zubicon Sdn Bhd for the Penang State Government, which includes The Rise Collection 1 and 3. Built on leasehold tenure, it is located along Jalan S.P. Chelliah.

The Rise Collection II comprises a 43-storey block and two lower blocks. It offers a total of 1,900 apartment units, with floor area ranging from 700 sqft to 1,000 sqft.
