Vermont Road, or Jalan Vermont, is a minor road in George Town. Named after one of the military officers during the late 19th century, Vermont Road runs from Barrack Road to Residency Road. It forms junctions with other minor roads similarly named after military personnels, among them Barnett Road, Adams Road and Hogan Road.
Vermont Road is today a quiet residential road lined with large bungalows and mansions. Its proximity to the city centre while remaining away from the noise of main roads make it a choice residential location.
