Lebuh Nipah 5 is a relatively short road in Sungai Nibong, Penang. It is often regarded as being part of Lip Sin, Bukit Jambul and Sungai Dua.
Lebuh Nipah 5 provides a connection between Lebuh Nipah and Jalan Bukit Gambir. Its northern side is occupied by the Halaman Areka Apartment, while the southen side has two rows of shops.
