Lebuh Nipah, Sungai Dua, Penang (29 April 2024)
Lebuh Nipah is one of the main roads in the Lip Sin neighbourhood of Sungai Dua, Penang. It connects with Jalan Nipah on the northern end. Originally a no-through road, it has since been extended to connect with Jalan Kampung Relau. Due to housing development in the area, Lebuh Nipah is today a busy road. The oldest properties here are single-storey terrace houses as well as low-rise flats, while the newer ones include high-rise apartments and double-storey terrace houses.
