Jalan Turf Club, George Town, Penang (17 June 2021)
Turf Club Road is a minor road off Residency Road in George Town, Penang. It is located away from the Penang Turf Club, which is on Jalan Batu Gantong. However, the road off Residency Road got its name because it was on the former site of the Penang Turf Club, when the club was located in that area.
Nowadays, the site off Turf Club Road is occupied by the Penang Nursing College. The name of the road is also largely forgotten, and the college takes its address after Residency Road.
