Lorong Relau 3 is a minor road in the Taman Jasmine neighourhood of Bukit Jambul, Penang. It connects on one end with Jalan Rumbia. It is a no through road, though there is a small slip road connecting it to Lebuh Nipah, accessible by pedestrian. Another side lane connects it to Jalan Kampung Relau.

The eastern portion of Lorong Relau 3 is lined with 3-storey terrace houses while the western end is a mix of residential and commercial properties.
