SJKC Kheng Tean (GPS: 5.39707, 100.312), also called Kheng Tean Primary School, is a primary school in Jelutong, Penang. It is located along Van Praagh Road, at the junction with Jalan Ooi Thiam Siew.

Kheng Tean Primary School was founded by the Kheng Tian Tong Ewe Kongsi. It was established in 1938 and was originally part of Min Sin School. The school campus was originally located along Perak Road. The school ceased operations during the Second World War, and resumed thereafter.

The present school building along Van Praagh Road was built around 2005. It today provides schooling for pupils living in the surrounding housing development such as Taman Kheng Tian and Taman Kang Har Tong.

Getting there by bus

The nearest bus stop is along Perak Road. It receives Rapid Penang bus 11.
