Prince Edward Road MRT Station (CC32) (GPS: 1.27431, 103.84835) is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the Circle Line (CCL) in Singapore. Located beneath Prince Edward Road in the Downtown Core, the station serves the southern edge of the Central Business District (CBD), improving connectivity for the Tanjong Pagar and Anson precincts while supporting the ongoing redevelopment of Singapore's southern waterfront. Opened in July 2026, it completes the Circle Line loop and enhances travel around the island.
Prince Edward Road MRT Station is situated beneath Prince Edward Road near the junction with Keppel Road, within Singapore's Downtown Core Planning Area. 1 Although officially within the Downtown Core, the station also serves the neighbouring Tanjong Pagar and Anson business precincts.
The surrounding area falls within Postal District 2, which includes Tanjong Pagar, Anson Road and parts of the southern Central Business District. Numerous office towers, hotels, residential developments and dining establishments are located within a short walking distance of the station. 1
Prince Edward Road MRT Station was constructed as part of Circle Line Stage 6 (CCL6), the final extension of Singapore's Circle Line. This extension closes the gap between HarbourFront and Marina Bay, creating a continuous rail loop around the city. 2
The station was opened for a public preview on 4 July 2026, allowing visitors to explore the new facilities before revenue service commenced. It officially became operational on 12 July 2026 together with the completion of Circle Line Stage 6. 2

In addition to the main line, there is also a branch line from Cantonment MRT Station towards Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station.

Although there is no integrated bus interchange, several bus services operate along Prince Edward Road, Keppel Road, Anson Road and Shenton Way, providing convenient connections to the surrounding business districts and neighbouring residential areas. 4

Prince Edward Road MRT Station is one of only three stations built as part of Circle Line Stage 6, alongside Cantonment and Keppel stations. Their opening on 12 July 2026 marked the long-awaited completion of Singapore's Circle Line as a continuous loop after nearly two decades of phased construction. 2
