Maxwell MRT Station (GPS: 1.28055, 103.84366) is a station of the Singapore MRT. This underground station which was under construction, at initial time of writing in Jan 2018, became operational on 13 November 2022. It will have its platform level some 31 meters below ground. The station occupies the site bounded by Neil Road and Maxwell Road. It will be served by the Thomson-East Coast Line, between Outram Park MRT Station (TE17/EW16/NE3) and Shenton Way MRT Station (TE19). The artwork gracing the station is entitled Old Chinatown in Maxwell Life. It is the work of Justin Lee.
