Jalan Bukit Ho Swee is a one-way street in the Bukit Merah Planning Area, Singapore. It runs from Lower Delta Road to Zion Road. It also branches to Bukit Ho Swee Crescent, Bukit Ho Swee Link, Jalan Klinik, Taman Ho Swee and Boon Tiong Road.

According to Singapore Street Names, this hilly area got its name in 1907. The namesake, Tay Ho Swee (1834-1903) was an influential member of the local Chinese community. He owned opium and spirit farm as well as businesses in timber and shipping. He was the son of Tay Han Long, the first opium and spirit dealer in Singapore.
