Hua Xi Jo Fish Hor Fun (GPS: 1.30824, 103.88582) is a hawker stall at the Old Airport Road Food Centre in Geylang, Singapore.

I visited this stall on my 2017 visit to Singapore. After putting aside my luggage at my friend's apartment in Dakota Crescent, I crossed the road to the Old Airport Road Food Centre to catch a bite. The hawker centre is said to be famous, and yet I found myself walking round and round, unable to decide what to have. As it was my first day in Singapore, I do not want to be too adventurous and eat something that might upset my stomach.

In the end, I settled for the Sliced Fish Hor Fun at the Hua Ji Xo fish Head Bee Hoon stall. It was not too bad at all. For S$4.50, I get a large platter of hor fun with big chunks of fish. But it was not salty enough, so I had to boost up the taste with the green pickled chilli.
