8 Club Street (GPS: 1.28289, 103.84651) is a site at the junction of Club Street and Cross Street, in downtown Singapore. It is at within the Chinatown subzone of Outram, in Postal District 01. At time of writing (March 2023), the site is being developed into a hotel.

The site at 8 Club Street, which measures 5,121.4 square metres, was formerly the Club Street Car Park. It was sold by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) in 2018 for a 99-year leasehold tenure, to build a hotel.1 The tender closed at noon on 15 January 2019. Out of 8 bids received, Midtown Development Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Worldwide Hotel Group, won the bid with a tendered price of S$562.2 million.2

On 27 August 2019, it was reported that Tiong Seng Holdings secured a S$130.5 million contract from Midtown Development to build a 20-storey hotel on that plot.3 The project will use full concrete prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction (PPVC), the first of its kind in Singapore.

On foot, 8 Club Street is 250 meters on foot to Telok Ayer MRT Station (DT18).
