Sandilands Foreshore comprises a 48-storey block (Parcel A) and a 39-storey block (Parcel B). Parcel A will house affordable housing, with 402 units at 900 sqft floor area and 80 units at 800 sqft floor area. Parcel B will have 321 units of low medium-cost housing at 700 sqft floor area.
4 July 2023 Buletin Mutiara reports that Sandilands Foreshore affordable housing project is expected to be completed by 2026.

Traffic along Jalan C.Y. Choy fluctuates from moderate to very heavy depending on time of day. Traffic on this stretch of the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway is usually heavy, with congestions building up towards the intersections of Cecil Street Ghaut and Macallum Street Ghaut.
