Jalan Mengkuang is a minor road in Butterworth, Seberang Perai. Serving the Kampung Paya neighbourhood, it connects Jalan Kampung Paya in the north with Jalan Telaga Air in the south. The road is quite narrow, with just two lanes of traffic, one in each direction, with limited shoulder space.
