Jalan Bayan (10 January 2021)
Jalan Bayan is a road between Bayan Baru and Sungai Ara. It was created following the realignment of Jalan Tengah to a new crossroad with Jalan Tun Dr Awang. It emerges at Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim in front of Sekolah Rendah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Chong Cheng.
Jalan Bayan provides improved access to the residential neighbourhoods in Sungai Ara, as it bypasses the Sungai Ara Village. Having said that, traffic is heavy during the morning and evening rush hour.
