Chalk Farm Station (GPS: 51.54415, -0.1537) is a station of the London Underground in Chalk Farm, in the London Borough of Camden. The station is a tringular building at the junction between Haverstock Hill and Adelaide Road. It is in Travelcard Zone 2.

Chalk Farm Tube Station is served by the Edgware branch of the Northern Line between Belsize Park Tube Station (heading towards Edgware Tube Station) and Camden Town Tube Station (heading towards Morden or Kennington).

Chalk Farm Tube Station dates back to 1907, when it opened for the Charing Cross, Euston & Hampstead Railway. The station was designed by architect Leslie Green. Due to the location, it has the longest frontage of any station designed by Green. With the platforms just 21 ft from ground level, it has the shallowest lift shafts.
