Wai Kei Cafe (GPS: 5.41892, 100.33526) is a coffee shop at the junction of Chulia Street with Jalan Masjid in George Town, Penang. It has a very popular stall selling roasted pork rice, the Wai Kei Char Siew Rice Statll. I have been here to taste its char siew rice once. Not bad at all.
