Tull Road is a minor road near the Penang General Hospital in George Town. It connects Gaol Road to Residency Road.
Tull Road was laid out in the 1920's, when the Penang General Hospital was build established on land that was previously military barracks ground. It was named after Dr Tull, the Head of the Pathology Department of the Penang General Hospital in 1925.

There are no buses passing through Tull Road. The nearest bus stops are on Barrack Road (Rapid Penang bus 304) and Residency Road (Rapid Penang bus 10, 304 and 306).
