The One Penang Cyber City (GPS: 5.32801, 100.28458), also called The One Ideal or simply The One, is a commercial-cum-residential project by Ideal Homes Properties in Bayan Baru, Penang. The entire project, to be developed in phases, comprises mainly residential and retail units. The project may have undergone major modification from its initial conceptualisation to eventual realisation. Components of Phase 1 of this project now comprise 1-World condominium, 1-World 2 condominium, 1-Atrium double-storey retail arcade and 1-Square 3-storey shoplots. The One Penang Cyber City sits on the northwestern portion of Bayan Baru, on the site that was previously occupied by the failed Penangjaya development. The land is on a 99-year lease bordered by Persiaran Mahsuri to the north, Jalan Mahsuri to the south, and Penang Development Corporation to the west.
