Pintasan Cecil Sembilan is a minor road in the Macallum neighbourhood of George Town, Penang. It connects Pintasan Cecil Enam to Pintasan Cecil Lapan. The road borders a playground on the north side, and is lined with a row of 20-storey houses on the south.
