Persiaran Mahsuri 1, Bayan Baru (11 January 2021)
Persiaran Mahsuri 1 is one of the main roads in the Sunway Tunas neighbourhood of Bayan Baru, in Bayan Lepas, Penang. It starts in the west, at the intersection with Persiaran Mahsuri and Jalan Mayang Pasir 2. It ends at the T-junction with Persiaran Mahsuri 1/3 and a portion of the service road for Jalan Tun Dr Awang.
Persiaran Mahsuri 1 forms the main intersection in Sunway Tunas, with Persiaran Mahsuri 2. It has two segments of service road on either sides of Persiaran Mahsuri 2, giving access to Persiaran Mahsuri 1/1 and Persiaran Mahsuri 1/2.
