Lorong Nipah 3 is a road in the Lip Sin Garden neighbourhood of Sungai Dua, Penang. It is the middle of six parallel roads, and is the only run running from Lebgkok Nipah in the north to Lebuh Nipah in the south.

Lorong Nipah 3 intersects with Tingkat Nipah and Lebuhraya Nipah. The road is lined with 1-storey terrace houses.
