Jalan Hooi Soo is a minor road in Nibong Tebal, Seberang Perai. Today it is a one-way street with traffic from Jalan Atas heading east to Jalan Nibong Tebal. The road is between the Petron petrol station on the north side and the Shell petrol station on the south side.

I do not know who is the person whose name is honoured on this road. If you do know, please inform me.
