Cangkat Kenari 3 is a hill road in the Desaria housing estate of Sungai Ara, Penang. The no-through road connects on the one end to Cangkat Kenari. It serves the Raintree Garden (Type A) neighbourhood, which has one row of 2-storey semi-detached houses.
