Tomlinson Road is a notable thoroughfare located in the prestigious District 10 of Singapore, within the Tanglin planning area. It connects Tanglin Road in the north to Jalan Tupai in the south. In between, it is crossed by Cuscaden Road and Orchard Boulevard. This road is renowned for its upscale residential developments and proximity to the city's premier shopping and entertainment belt, Orchard Road.

Tomlinson Road's strategic location ensures residents have easy access to a myriad of amenities:

According to Singapore Street Names, Tomlinson Road was named after Samuel Tomlinson (1859-1935), who served as Municipal Engineer from 1895 to 1902. During his tenure, the Pearl's Hill Reservoir was constructed. The Jinriksha Station building on Neil Road was designed by him.
