The Tintin Shop is stocked with Tintin memorabilia. Apart from the Tintin comicbooks, fans of the boy hero can buy coffee mugs, t-shirts, model cars as well as dioramas re-creating scenes from the Adventures of Tintin. There are also key chains and stuff toys, the most adorable being Snowy, Tintin's pet (in the English version).

Fans of Tintin are mostly the "older generation" who discovered the comicbook character when they were going up. Nevertheless, with the upcoming motion picture, The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn, about to be released, Tintin is sure to receive a whole new generation of fans.

The Tintin Shop in Singapore is yet another in a string of such shops operated by Tintin fans, and join other existing outlets including the Tintin Shop at Covent Garden, London, and Tintin-affären in the Gamla Stan, Stockholm.

Visiting the Tintin Shop

Take the North East Line to the Chinatown MRT Station (NE4) and then walk a short distance down Pagoda Street. The shop is on the left side of the street.
