Norris Road is a minor road in the Little India neighbourhood of Rochor, Singapore. It connects Serangoon Road to Kampong Kapor Road. As with most of the secondary roads in Little India, Norris Road is one way, with traffic flowing from Serangoon Road to Kampong Kapor Road.
According to Singapore Street Names1, Norris Road was named after George Norris, who owned an estate in the area. The road came into being in the 1890s. The landowners in the area proposed that the road be named after Norris, and this was accepted.
